Opening Position: Assistant
Reports to: General Manager
Job Summary:
to provide full-time virtual assistant service to clients in various industries, including but not limited to the following key areas
Administration
- Answer customer queries by phone, email or instant messenger
- Take care of clients’ administrative needs such as managing calendar, reminding appointments, arranging travels, shopping online, etc.
- Report project status to clients on a daily basis
Data Processing & Language Support
- Collect data using MS excel and word
- Translated files between Chinese and English
- Draft and send business and personal mails in both Chinese and English
Online Research
- Conduct desktop research in various industries
- Source suppliers and get quotes
- Take notes of stock portfolio news updates
Candidate Requirements:
- Highly flexible with abilities to quickly understand clients’ needs and independently create methodologies for different requests
- Fluent in Business English and Mandarin Chinese (reading and writing)
- Proficiency in using Internet and MS office tools
- Comfortable to work in a start up environment
- Excellent communication skills to establish and maintain customer relations
- Highly initiative and proactive, can work well without constant supervision
- Have awareness of different cultures and industries
-Previous experience in admin or customized research is preferred
